2-4-25 Update - Finished Rule Sets
Alright, I got the rest of the Custom Rule Sets done. I ran into 4 separate cards that were broken while testing, so I've had to fix more than just the Rule Sets. I also fixed an issue with trying to click cards when searching the deck/discard, as you could click buttons underneath the cards that would then screw up the searching.
The Energy Zone works as it does in Pocket, but it also shows your opponent's next 2 energy as well. I couldn't really think of a better spot for it without it overlapping other things, so it's right in the middle of the screen. If you have both the Energy Zone and Energy cards in your deck, you can use both during your turn, as long as you haven't used all the Energy Per Turn attachments that the rules define. So if you have both and set Energy Per Turn to 2, you could use both an energy from you hand and the energy from the zone, or both from the hand. The Energy Zone only provides 1 energy for the turn, so it won't generate another energy until your next turn. Even the AI can handle the Energy Zone, but it'll be one of its last checks before passing the turn.
Prize Points are also now functional. Don't be surprised when certain cards like Beast Ball or Gladion don't work, but at least they'll still be 'used' without the effect happening. Cards that count prizes to increase damage and such should still work, unless I completely forgot to check those too, but I know taking and adding to prize points is functioning properly.
There's one issue with Prize Cards, you can have more than 8 prizes, but it'll only show the first 8, and thus lock you out of finishing the game. It's going to require re-writing a good chunk of code, as I originally only intended to have 8 max, as that's as many as any official card could force a player up to. I need to get it to have a similar page system like deck/discard searching has, but I know this will be more than a few days of work, since this was some of the first code I wrote for the PDT, so it'll be bad, and I wanted to keep the promise of having this update out within a few weeks. I still haven't gotten the AI testing in yet...
So have fun with the Custom Rule Sets, and let me know if there's issues or anything.
