7-18-25 Update - BLK and WHT

The Black and White sets are done and in the PDT.  I hate that they're separate sets, but it is what it is.  Not much else is new besides that, I just haven't had time to work on this otherwise.  Oh, I did actually include the energy and tool icons for the Destined Rivals set, because I just had to forget to do something.  Both links are updated, so grab them and enjoy the new sets.
