4-11-25 Update - Database Update

I'm actually making a full post for this one, the Database has had a decently large change to it to hopefully make it work better for older computers, and really just any in general.

The Database now loads using an asynchros loading method when the PDT first starts up, meaning it'll create the Database while the rest of the game is loading.  I never thought it'd be an issue, as my computer would take about 7 seconds to fully create it, but mine is newer, so it never really occurred to me otherwise.  I was also clearing the entire Database when you leave the Build panel, so if you went back into it, it'd need to re-create all nearly 11,000 cards, when I really should have only been clearing and re-creating the custom cards, since those are the only ones that could end up changing while the PDT is still active.  That's actually another change too, I'm only clearing custom cards from the Database, so going back into the Build panel where the Database is needed, it should have a much faster load time.  Hopefully this is a good change, so let me know if anything breaks.  Oh, and the Database also won't create cards if the images aren't present.
