8-16-23 Update

Team Up through Obsidian Flames is now in the PDT.  As a note for future updates, I will try to get the newly released sets into the PDT and re-uploaded as quickly as possible.  I just had a few cards from Team Up I needed to finish before this update was done.

I also fixed a few bugs, like not being able to use abilities because I forgot to change a check since I changed how I was storing GX and VSTAR attacks.  Programming can be fun like that, change 1 thing and something unrelated breaks.  There's a few others that I can't remember that I got, so if you do come across any, let me know.  I know I've missed some Player 2 checks because I'm usually only testing for Player 1 and I forget to copy/paste the code over, so there's bound to be some incorrect stuff.
